Who it's for
Experience is the one thing a new network cannot build quickly.
The Moneypal and eSamudaay networks are growing district by district. They need people who have run teams, served customers, managed money and earned trust. That might be you.
-
Starting a second career
You have spent years in one field and want your next chapter to mean something closer to home.
- Moving on from a corporate or government career
- Back after a break and ready to work again
- Wanting work that builds your own town
-
Retired, but not tired
You have retired from service, but not from being useful. You have time, judgement and a network that should not go to waste.
- Retired from banking, teaching, the armed forces, public service or business
- Happy to give a few hours a week, or more
- Keen to guide younger people as well as work alongside them
Roles in the networks
Where your experience fits.
These are the kinds of roles that open as the networks grow. We will talk through the time and terms of any role with you before you start.

The assistant
Questions before the call? Ask the assistant.
Register and you can talk to the 2nd Innings assistant straight away, without waiting for the phone to ring. It answers from this site’s own material, and it asks you a few things so that the person who calls you already knows what you are looking for.
What it can answer
- What each of the eight roles actually involves, day to day.
- Whether 2nd Innings is for you — you do not have to be retired.
- What the Moneypal and eSamudaay networks are, and how they differ.
- Where roles open first, and what happens after you register.
- How to describe a long first career so a network can use it.
It is an assistant on this website, not a member of staff, and it will say so. It cannot quote pay or terms, because those differ by role and are agreed with you in the call. Anything it does not know, it points you to hello@moneypalgroup.com.

Questions
Before you register.
Do I have to be retired?
No. 2nd Innings is for anyone starting a second career, whether you are still working, between roles, back after a break or retired.
Is this a job?
Roles differ in the time they need and in their terms. We will talk through both with you before you start any role.
Where would I work?
Close to home. Roles open first in Udupi and Mangaluru, and then in every district the networks reach. Much of the work is with local businesses and communities, in person.
What are the Moneypal and eSamudaay networks?
Moneypal builds digital infrastructure for the people's economy. eSamudaay builds community digital infrastructure, so each district's businesses, colleges and local bodies can trade, learn and plan on networks they own. Read more at moneypalgroup.com and esamudaay.com.
